Scope and eligibility

MelonsPlay is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Do not play if you are under 18. The age prompt is a self-declaration remembered for the browser session; it does not verify your identity or date of birth. Public information pages, including these Terms, remain readable without confirming your age.

The proposed audience is in the United Kingdom. This is a product age policy, not a statement that the service has a gambling licence or is legally approved in the UK or elsewhere. Market classification and eligibility requirements still need qualified review.

There is no production Terms acceptance or account agreement flow in this build. The local test form confirms adult self-declaration and test-only use; it does not establish legal acceptance of a public account service. The age confirmation and storage acknowledgement are not recorded as acceptance of these Terms.

Free play and virtual value

The current experience is free, virtual-only entertainment. The following boundaries apply throughout the site:

• No money in: no deposits, purchases, paid subscriptions or paid replenishment.
• No money or prizes out: no withdrawals, redemption, cash prizes or prizes of real-world value.
• No transferable value: virtual coins, points and counters cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged through MelonsPlay. They have no cash value.

Some imported games use words such as “bet”, “win” or “coins”. They describe the game's virtual mechanics only. A displayed result is not a payment or a redeemable asset. Free refill controls, where present in a game, change local virtual coins and do not involve a purchase.

There is no unified MelonsPlay wallet. Lantern Trio, Parlour Twenty-One and Reward Wheel share one browser-local balance; Peak Slots, Peak Blackjack and Peak Dice share another. A refill or change within one family can affect its other games.

Games and availability

The development collection contains ten locally served social-casino games, all with calculated virtual outcomes. Alladin Slot and Tidal Tiles are archived and unavailable for active play. The Games catalogue and each game's detail page identify its current type and behavior.

These are temporary development sources. They are not verified commercial provider integrations. Code, artwork, title and redistribution permissions remain unconfirmed for production. A listing here does not establish ownership, endorsement or release clearance.

Games may be unavailable during development, and changes can affect local records or interrupt a round. A failed load offers a retry; you can also return to Games. Reloading does not guarantee that an unfinished round will resume. Browser, device, storage and network conditions can affect play.

Outcome systems have not received independent fairness, probability or security certification. Virtual results do not demonstrate likely results in real-money gambling. No game should be treated as a way to earn money.

Guest play and browser saves

Available games can be played as a guest after adult self-confirmation. Registration is not required. An optional protected account server provides email/password registration when enabled, login, logout and a protected dashboard with saved game choices. Saving records a catalogue choice only, not gameplay. Recently opened stores the latest intentional account-origin launch of each title; it does not prove a game loaded or a round was played. Registration requires adult self-confirmation, acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy. You must keep your password private. Email ownership is not verified. This version has no production member profile, email verification, account recovery, cloud game save or cross-device progression. Any explanation of future membership describes planned functionality, not a service available today.

Games can retain virtual coins, selected amounts and counters in this browser. These records are not a full play history, an account balance or a server backup. Coral Postcards and Bloody Pirates use new version-2 records, independent of their former animation demos.

Local records can be overwritten, removed by the browser or lost when site data is cleared. They have no programmed expiry. There is no implemented account recovery or cloud restore for them. Review Cookies & Storage for the actual records and removal instructions; close active game tabs before clearing site data.

Using the site responsibly

Use this build for personal entertainment and lawful evaluation. Please follow these rules:

• Do not bypass the adult-only restriction or present yourself as someone else.
• Do not interfere with other people's access, introduce malicious code, or try to access data or systems without authorisation.
• Do not sell virtual balances, offer cash redemption or claim that this build provides real-world prizes.
• Do not use the site to infringe another person's rights. Respect the separate rights and licence terms of any material you use.

There is no account suspension, moderation dashboard or appeals process in this guest build. Those features and their operating rules must be defined before an account service is offered; this page does not imply that they already exist.

Artwork, software and third-party rights

Displaying a game, title, image or software library here does not mean MelonsPlay owns it or can grant you a licence to reuse it. Imported bundles contain material whose production permissions are still being checked. Do not treat this development site as a source of cleared assets for redistribution.

Any rights you already have under applicable law or a valid third-party licence are unaffected by this notice. No blanket ownership claim or new redistribution permission is made here. Verified rights-holder details and an appropriate rights-enquiry route remain release requirements.

Care, privacy and leaving play

You can stop at any time by leaving the game or closing its tab. An unfinished round may be interrupted. Leaving does not activate an account break or block you from returning.

Built-in reminders, persistent play limits, account closure and self-exclusion are not implemented. Responsible play explains the current limits, practical break guidance and independent resources. Do not rely on this build to enforce a time limit.

The Privacy Policy describes current data handling and unresolved production facts. Cookies & Storage provides the working Cookie choices notice. Acknowledging that notice does not turn game saves off or give blanket consent to future processing.

Links to independent information services take you to other sites with their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not indicate affiliation or endorsement, and those services are not MelonsPlay customer support.

Changes, technical limits and your rights

This development build can change as features and game integrations are reviewed. The date above identifies this version of the document. Future accounts, payments, external providers or other material changes would need new factual and legal review before being offered; they are not authorised by these Terms.

The technical limits described here explain the current implementation. They are not a blanket exclusion of responsibility for faults or harm. Nothing on this page asks you to waive statutory consumer rights. No liability cap, compulsory arbitration clause or exclusive court is specified.

Before release, a verified operator must establish fair terms for service changes, interruptions, complaints and any applicable remedies. The CMA's guidance on fair contract terms and notices informs that review. Reading or continuing to use this development version is not presented as agreement to unspecified future terms.
